I can help clients by helping them find ways to save money and determine if a new business idea would be profitable or at least help them understand the cost involved in running a businesses. I have the ability to talk about employee benefits, human resource services, payroll taxes, sales taxes, income taxes; as well as, high level differences in legal structures advantages and disadvantages.
I also have a background in understanding lease vs. buy analysis, investing, cash management, risk management, financial statement preparation, cash flow, insurance, internal controls, managing covenants, budgeting, and forecasting.
Some of my major accomplishments during my working career are: Successfully integrated an acquisition of a small food distribution company, helped a large domestic company save thousands of dollars by improving worker compensation losses, implemented several automatic or streamlined systems of accounts payable, payroll and check signing processes.
